WELCOME TO JRAM ST. ALBERT!
Hello and welcome!
Thank you for taking a few moments to learn about our church family, JRAM St. Albert.
Who We Are:
We are a group of people who passionately loves Jesus. How do we love Jesus? Let us count the ways:

  • Worship – On Sundays, we come together for a joyful worship service.
  • Learning – Weekly, our small group meetings are a great opportunity to make new friends. We meet in people’s homes where learning the Bible and praying for one another take place.
  • Fellowship – Ever heard of the saying, “Where two or three Filipinos gather together, there is always food in the midst of them?” We certainly love to eat and laugh!
  • Volunteering – Loving people outside the church means loving through community service at Hope Mission, giving to the Samaritan’s Purse Shoebox program, and donating blood with the Canadian Red Cross.
    • Our Hope:

    We want to help people see the truth about God that can only be known through a relationship with Jesus Christ.

    If you are looking for a place where you can come as you are, feel welcomed by friendly faces, and enjoy the warmth of a Christian community, then this is the place to be. We hope that you’ll give us a try.

    Meet the Core Team of JRAM St. Albert!

    It is all about You, LORD! We are so blessed to have a Core Team of volunteers who work together with our Pastor to provide oversight to the spiritual well-being of our members and to church operations with the goal of fulfilling the mission and vision of our church.

    “Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen.” – Ephesians 3:20-21

    OUR MANIFESTO

    We, the members of this core team / pastoral care team, believe that God has called us together to serve. We desire to be a team characterized by Christ-likeness demonstrated through love, service and teamwork. Our purpose is to adhere to this biblical principle of leadership in 1 Peter 5:2-3

    “Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them – not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted you, but being examples to the flock.”

    We believe that we can fulfill this manifesto through the following commitments:

  • Become faithful followers of Jesus.
  • Maintain a servant attitude.
  • Recognize that ministry is an opportunity to develop our God-given leadership abilities.
  • Our motto: NO complaining! Instead of whining we will be creative and supportive.
  • Commit to personal quiet times with God knowing that our personal spiritual growth is essential to our team growth.
  • Resolve conflicts according to biblical principles in James 1:19 and Colossians 3:12-17. Listen first, then seek to understand those we have a problem with. Pray then talk directly, not gossip about it. If necessary, get our pastor involved.
  • Encourage each other to work hard, have fun, and enjoy serving.
